Lilit Abrahamyan is a certified Identity-Oriented Psychotrauma Therapist (IoPT), trauma-informed coach, mentor, and speaker.

With over a decade in corporate leadership and humanitarian work, she was drawn to trauma, identity, and healing. Her personal journey led her to study IoPT under Prof. Franz Ruppert and the Norwegian Traumawork Institutt.

She is also a Life and Business Coach, focusing on trauma behind eating disorders, shame, guilt, and identity splits. Through IoPT’s resonance-based method, she helps individuals and teams in a safe, respectful, and transformative space.

She regularly facilitates sessions on emotional intelligence, eating-related behaviors, trauma healing, and identity reconstruction. A mother of two, she supports others in discovering their truth, clarity, and vitality.
