После долгого летнего перерыва мы с радостью приглашаем Вас на наш вебинар ПОРА! Тема нашей встречи: Поддержка детей с задержкой речевого развития в Германии: междисциплинарная и сенсорно-ориентированная (слух) служба раннего вмешательства.

В Германии поддержка детей с задержкой речевого развития является важной частью системы раннего вмешательства. Здесь применяется междисциплинарный подход, который включает взаимодействие различных специалистов: логопедов, эрготерапевтов, педагогов. Особое внимание уделяется сенсорно-ориентированной ранней помощи, которая направлена на детей с сенсорными нарушениями, такими как проблемы со слухом или зрением, часто связанными с задержкой речевого развития.

В ходе вебинара вы узнаете:

  • Как семьи получают доступ к службам ранней помощи;
  • Кто входит в команду специалистов, как организована работа и как часто проходят занятия;
  • Какие диагнозы встречаются у детей, получающих поддержку служб раннего вмешательства;
  • Как осуществляется сотрудничество с врачами и педагогами других организаций;
  • Как педагоги адаптируют занятия к индивидуальным потребностям ребенка и есть ли фиксированный план занятий;
  • Практические советы по общению и поддержке детей в домашней обстановке;

Лектор - Леона Пейчарова, мать двоих детей с двусторонней имплантацией и председатель Ассоциации пользователей кохлеарной имплантации Чешской Республики (SUKI). В период с 2017 по 2021 год она возглавляла проект «Учитесь на опыте», направленный на содействие инклюзивности детей с нарушениями слуха. Благодаря участию в EURO-CIU, CIICA и WHF ВОЗ она следит за ситуацией в мире в сфере людей с нарушениями слуха и стремится сделать SUKI профессиональной, чтобы она могла полностью посвятить себя поддержке пользователей кохлеарных имплантатов в Чешской Республике.

«Inclusion for children with hearing impairments» on June 23 with Leona Pejcharová.

The presenter is Mgr. Leona Pejcharová, mother of two bilaterally implanted children and chairwoman of the Association of Cochlear Implant Users Czech Republic (SUKI). Between 2017 and 2021 she led the project  "Understand through Experience" aimed at promoting inclusion of children with hearing impairment. Thanks to her involvement in EURO-CIU, CIICA and WHF WHO she monitors the situation in the world in the field of people with hearing impairment and strives to professionalize SUKI so that she can fully devote herself to supporting cochlear implant users in the Czech Republic.

We are delighted to invite you to our upcoming webinar on May 26th, focused on practical strategies for teachers working with children who have hearing impairments (HI). This session aims to provide you with the necessary tools and knowledge to create an inclusive and supportive educational environment for these students.

The presenter is Mgr. Leona Pejcharová, mother of two bilaterally implanted children and chairwoman of the Association of Cochlear Implant Users Czech Republic (SUKI). Between 2017 and 2021 she led the project  "Understand through Experience" aimed at promoting inclusion of children with hearing impairment. Thanks to her involvement in EURO-CIU, CIICA and WHF WHO she monitors the situation in the world in the field of people with hearing impairment and strives to professionalize SUKI so that she can fully devote herself to supporting cochlear implant users in the Czech Republic.

Learn from Experience

This program from SUKI is a part of a three-year research project funded by the European Union, which involves collaboration with 16 teachers to develop educational and instructional materials specifically for HI students. These materials include leaflets, animations, videos, books, lecture plans, worksheets, and e-learning modules.

About the Project

The SUKI project focuses on the inclusion of hearing-impaired children aged 6-12 in mainstream basic schools. We aim to equip teachers with the resources to better understand and respond to the needs of their students with HI. The materials we have developed are designed to be easily applicable in lessons, helping to create a more inclusive and effective learning environment.

We regret having to inform you that the forum-discussion scheduled for May 5th on “Working with siblings of children with cochlear implants” is to be postponed due to illness of one of our  speakers. We will set the new date for the session and inform you shortly.

At the same time, we are pleased to share information about the upcoming sessions in the PORA! programme. Before the summer break we will have  three interesting sessions:

  • May 26th with  Leona Pejcharová from the Czech Republic, President of the Association of Cochlear Implant Users (SUKI). Topic: “Inclusion for children with hearing impairments aged 6 to 12.”
  • June 9th with Tobias Fischer from Vienna, President of ÖCIG and Vicepresident of EURO-CIU who has been wearing his cochlear implant for 36 years. Topic: “Effective counseling for educators and parents of children with cochlear implants: a user’s perspective.”
  • June 23rd, a forum-discussion with Leona Pejcharová.

PORA! 21.04. «Siblings of CI-children»

We would like to invite you to the PORA! webinar on April 21 «Siblings of CI-children».
Systemic work with CI-children also includes work with the entire family. When a child has an a disease or disability, it affects not only the parents but also the siblings. About one year ago a program for sibling work started at CIC Rhein-Main. In this webinar, you will gain insight into current sibling research, the opportunities and challenges faced by a sibling of a child with a disability, as well as a brief introduction to the sibling program at CIC Rhein-Main and its content.

  • 2011 to 2014: Training as a state-certified speech therapist at the Academy for Health Professions at Ulm University Hospital

  • Since 2018: CI therapist at CIC Rhein-Main in Friedberg
  • Since 2020: Deputy therapeutic director in child therapy
